There are many species, which live in rotting vegetation and wood. They can be found in very large numbers in damp areas.

Only breed in very damp areas but may wander into dryer places, where they usually dehydrate and die. 
They have more than 10 legs.

Size: 2-12mm

Shape: Oval

Colour: Grey

Antennae: Large and with a few large segments

These are not museum pests.
